Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via www.desirelove.be. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price at the time of your order will always apply.
3. Order & Payment
An agreement is concluded when you click “Confirm Order.” You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating a reason. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. All packages are sent in discreet, neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or website. Delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
EXCEPTION — The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene or intimate products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in original condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at info@desirelove.be within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original order.
Returns must be sent in original, undamaged packaging to: DesireLove, Boulevard Adolphe Max, Brussels, Belgium.
6. Warranty
All products carry a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with Belgian law. If a product is defective, contact us at info@desirelove.be within 14 days of discovery. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
7. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of managing your order. We do not share your data with third parties, except where required for delivery or payment processing. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.
8. Liability
DesireLove is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the order in question.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably.
