Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened intimate products (vibrators, dildos, etc.)
- Used products or products with broken seals
- Personal hygiene items
Defective or Wrong Items
Received a defective or incorrect item? We will cover all costs:
- Full refund or free replacement
- Return shipping paid by us

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
- Refunded via the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email when processed
2-Year Legal Guarantee
All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is defective within this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
